On our farm we produce sheep and goat cheeses , ricotta and raveggiolo . We also have spicy cheese(pepper , arugula , chives, truffle ... ) and giuncata ( one of our specialties ). Our cheeses are prepared according to the ancient methods of processing so that you can discover in them the tastes of the past have been lost .

And here's our cheeses :

First salt

A very fresh cheese that comes in several versions : white ( without spices), with arugula or chili.

Giuncata

One of our specialties . The cheese is left to dry in a mat of rushes , instead of in the trash. So he take the particular shape that you can see and a very delicate flavor.

Semi-aged cheese

Cheese seasoned with intense flavor.

Spicy cheese

There are various types : chives , with chili or nuts , or with truffles . For tasting fresh or moderately mature .

Ricotta

Fresh , to be enjoyed alone, with jam, with sugar or chocolate.

Cheese

Cheese with shorter aging , less pungent flavor .

Goat cheese

Cheeses made with goat's milk, available in both seasoned and fresh.
